Our Story

Founded in 1999 by Mark Mahan, having been in the coffee industry since the late 1980s, beginning with working for the food service division at Paulig, better known for brands such as Lyons and Melitta in the UK. We were instrumental in the coffee explosion of the early 1990s.

Seeing these changes it became clear that a large opportunity existed to offer a complete service from machine to product to training.

Our fundamental rule has always been to offer the finest coffees available both in time proven blends and high grade single estate coffees. We continue to lead in this field and have been instrumental in developing this trend.

Our sourcing is ethical, specific on quality and constantly developing. Whilst Fairtrade products are well represented within our portfolio, we also believe in sourcing from companies who own plantations and directly invest back into their local community.
